How does ARCH Angels use my dues?
Archangels of South Florida, Inc. (“ARCH Angels”) is a registered non-profit organization in the state of Florida.
As a tax-exempt charity recognized under the IRS section 5019(c) (3), we offer an annual family membership for $110
Your annual membership fee directly supports:
Spiritual Enrichment:
- Private Masses for special occasions (All Saints Day, Back to School, Consecration, etc.)
- Stipends for priests officiating Masses and Adoration.
Community Events:
- Beach Day expenses.
- All Saints’ Day, including pavilion rental.
- Field Day, covering place ribbons and pavilion rental.
- Various engaging events for parents.
Essential Operations:
- Website maintenance and domain name registration.
- Enhancement to our park equipment.
- Printing communication costs.
- Necessary tax fees.
- Patron Saint medals for children's birthdays.
- Single event insurance when required by the Archdiocese.
Your membership also unlocks opportunities to:
- Actively Participate (in at least 2 committees): Join various clubs and committees including:
- Field Trip Committee: Help coordinate enriching field trip experiences.
- Mass Committee: Assist in planning and facilitating annual Masses
- Spiritual Events Committee: Planning and coordinating Masses (All Saints Day, Consecration Mass, etc.); coordiante family adoration, retreats, and Rosary Campfire events.
- Field Day Committee: Help organize the annual Field Day games and activities.
- All Saints Day Committee: Plan and coordinate the parent involvement in the park celebration.
- Annual Missions Committee: Help organize Box of Joy, Life Chain, and the Walk for Life.
- Park Game Coordinators: Lead monthly park games for the children on a rotating basis.
- Formation Clubs: Engage in age specific formation groups like Little Angels (preschool), Little Flowers (5-11 yr old girls), Blue Knights (boys 5-11), and Teen girls/Teen boys' formation.
- Campout Committee: Choose camping locations and plan group activities for families
- Christmas Cookie/Ornament Exchange Committee: Coordinate this delightful seasonal tradition.
- Mom's Sleepover Committee: Organize a relaxing and fun overnight event for mothers.
- Mother's Breakfast Committee: Support Father's planning a special morning for mothers.
- Yearbook Club: For those 13 and older (limited spaces available), participate in the yearbook's creation.
